Application
A surface mounted vent suitable for all applications except three coat stucco systems. Vent installs easily on all sheathing products depending on the substrate with either spray adhesives, staples and/or screws according to substrate manufacturers' technical details. Vent holes 1/8" (3 mm) diameter. All flanges must be base coated and covered with mesh per system manufacturer.
Specifications
Surface Mounted Vent shall be Plastic Components Inc. #________. All exterior accessories shall meet ASTM standards D1784, C1063 and D4216, shall be third party tested and Canadian Code Compliant. They shall be used where specified by the design authority and installed per industry standards.
